Return and Refund Policy for Kurta Set Products

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized kurta sets.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Direct exchanges are allowed subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect kurta set, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
