Return and Refund Policy for Kurta Set Products
1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Items that are damaged, altered, or used will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized kurta sets.
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
3. Return Process

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
- Direct exchanges are allowed subject to availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect kurta set, notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the defect or damage for faster processing.
